Partnering with Paramount TV & The NBA, “Dream Team” is a five-part series based on Hall of Fame sports journalist Jack McCallum’s book Dream, which positions the 1992 Dream Team as the moment when the NBA went global. The purpose of our project was to look beyond '92 to trace the evolution of the league in the decades leading up to that transformative moment. This series builds a cultural history of basketball to show how the fourth most popular sport in the US grew to become the second most popular sport on earth.
